Isaiah Mobley of the Cleveland Charge was the most productive player on a winning team during action Monday in the G-League Showcase at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. Portland wins Vegas Summer Championship. John Butler stands out on final day.

The final day of competition in the 2022 NBA Las Vegas Summer League wrapped up Sunday with the Portland Trailblazers winning the Championship game over the New York Knicks, 85-77. Six games were played between the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion. 

John Butler, of the New Orleans Pelicans was the most productive individual among all participants Sunday. The un-drafted rookie from Florida State scored 25 points (9-9 FG, 6-6 3-pt., 1-3 FT), and grabbed seven rebounds in 34 minutes. The Pelicans beat down the Oklahoma City Thunder 107-71.

Murray magnificent again in Summer League

Keegan Murray of the Sacramento Kings was the most productive player on a winning team Friday in competition at the NBA Las Vegas Summer League. This is the second time this Summer that Murray notched the "most productive winner" tag. Seven games were contested between the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion. Watford blazes Saturday in Vegas

Trendon Watford of the Portland Trailblazers was the most productive player on a winning team Saturday in the NBA Las Vegas Summer League. He went undrafted in the 2021 NBA Draft. The Blazers defeated the Pelicans 85-68.

The 22 year-old BIG was the 44th player taken overall in the 2020 NBA Draft. Simonovic scored 27 points (10-19 FG, 0-3 3-pt. 7-8 FT), snared 13 rebounds, and swatted three shots in the Bulls exciting 100-99 overtime win against the Dallas Mavericks. Simonovic made crucial plays down the stretch, including the game winning free throw.

Giddey triple doubles Wednesday

Summer League on a Tuesday, Holmgren in a class of his own

Chet Holmgren, the second pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, dominated play Tuesday as NBA Summer League continued. Salt Lake City, UT. hosted games for the first time this Summer as the California Classic closed out competition in San Francisco. 

Holmgren, property of the Oklahoma City Thunder, scored 23 points (7-9 FG, 4-6 3-pt. FG, 5-5 FT), grabbed 7 rebounds, dished 4 assists and blocked, a Salt Lake Summer League record, six shots. He did all that in 23 minutes! The Thunder beat the Utah Jazz 98-77.

Keegan Murray dominated play Saturday at the Chase Center in the first day of action in the California Classic NBA Summer League.
