Brandon Clarke stands out in semifinals

Brandon Clarke
Brandon Clarke, the 21st pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, was the most efficient player Sunday during the semifinals of the NBA Las Vegas Summer League. Clarke scored 23 points (7-10 FG, 0-2 3-pt., 9-11 FT), and grabbed 14 rebounds in 24 minutes for the Memphis Grizzlies. Clarke also had the winning basket, a double-pump dunk!  The Grizzlies beat the New Orleans Pelicans in overtime 88-86.

In second semifinal game, Minnesota beat Brooklyn 85-77. With only two games on the schedule Sunday, our Hoop Obsession All-Summer League Team includes just five players. Joining Clarke...

Amida Brimah - Brooklyn. 12 points, 10 rebounds, 4 blocked shots in 19 mins.

Naz Reid - Minnesota. 20 points, 6 rebounds, 3 blocked shots in 19 mins.

Trevon Bluiett - New Orleans. 16 points (6-11 FG, 3-6 3-pt., 1-1 FT), 5 rebounds in 21 mins.

Jarrett Allen - Brooklyn. 15 points (7-12 FG, 0-1 3-pt., 1-3 FT), 14 rebounds, 2 blocked shots in 20 mins.
