Brooks best on day five of Vegas Summer League

Dillon Brooks (pictured), the 45th pick overall in the 2017 NBA Draft, was the standout player during the fifth day of competition in the NBA Las Vegas Summer League. The former Oregon Ducks wing scored 24 points (9-11 FG, 4-5 3-pt., 2-2 FT), grabbed six rebounds and had two steals in just 25 minutes off the bench for the Memphis Grizzlies. The Grizz improved to 3-0 with a 84-81 overtime win over the Utah Jazz.

  • Donovan Mitchell - Utah. 37 points (10-24 FG, 3-10 3-pt., 14-16 FT), 3 rebounds, 8 steals in 34 minutes.

  • Bryn Forbes - San Antonio. 35 points (11-26 FG, 6-11 3-pt, 7-7 FT), 5 rebounds, 4 assists in 34 minutes. 
  • Antonio Blakeney - Chicago. 23 points (9-17 FG, 4-5 3-pt., 1-3 FT), 8 rebounds in 34 minutes. 
  • Larry Drew II - Philadelphia. 8 points (4-8 FG, 0-3 3-pt.), 5 assists, 4 steals, 0 turnovers in 24 minutes. 
  • Duje Dukan - Chicago. 11 points (3-6 FG, 2-4 3-pt., 3-4 FT), 3 assists, 3 steals in 25 minutes.
