P.J. Dozier of the Philadelphia 76'ers was the most efficient player (per-minute) during action Friday in the NBA Las Vegas Summer League. The Sixers beat the Toronto Raptors 108-102. Dozier, who spent last season as a two-way player for the Boston Celtics, scored 22 points (8-14 FG, 4-7 3-pt., 2-2 FT), with seven rebounds, and seven assists in 24 minutes. Dozier is a 6'6" guard that is still just 22 years-old.
