Jahmir Young drops 40 on Wednesday

Summer League action Wednesday in Las Vegas saw a seven-game slate. Jahmir Young, of the Chicago Bulls was the most productive player. Young scored 40 points (13-18 FG, 7-8 3-pt., 7-9 FT), and added three assists and two steals in 33 minutes. Young, a 6'2" guard, appeared in six NBA games with the Bulls last season. The 40 point outing set a Bulls Summer League record for most points scored in a single game. The Bulls beat the Milwaukee Bucks 102-96.  

All games were played at either the Thomas and Mack Center or Cox Pavilion on the UNLV campus. Joining Young on the Hoop Obsession All-Summer League Team: 

Tyrese Proctor - Cavs. 35 points (11-24 FG, 4-14 3-pt., 9-9 FT), 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals in 28 mins.  

Trey Alexander - Pelicans. 25 points (7-13 FG, 5-9 3-pt., 6-6 FT), 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals in 25 mins.  

Nique Clifford - Kings. 19 points (8-15 FG, 2-7 3-pt., 1-1 FT), 7 rebounds, 9 assists in 31 mins.  

Javon Freeman-Liberty - Bulls. 23 points (8-14 FG, 0-3 3-pt., 7-10 FT), 8 rebounds, 4 assists in 33 mins.  

Brooks Barnhizer - Thunder. 19 points (8-12 FG, 3-6 FT), 9 rebounds, 2 blocked shots in 24 mins.  

Leonard Miller - Wolves. 22 points (8-16 FG, 0-5 3-pt., 6-7 FT), 11 rebounds, 2 assists in 30 mins.  

Johni Broome - Sixers. 22 points (8-19 FG, 4-11 3-pt., 2-2 FT), 14 rebounds, 2 steals in 32 mins.  

Keve Aluma - Sixers. 17 points (6-8 FG, 2-3 3-pt., 3-3 FT), 4 rebounds, 3 assists in 27 mins.  

Jordan Hall - Mavs. 17 points (6-14 FG, 3-6 3-pt., 2-2 FT), 5 rebounds, 9 assists in 27 mins.  

Nae'Qwan Tomlin - Cavs. 18 points (7-17 FG, 1-6 3-pt., 3-3 FT), 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 blocked shots in 28 mins. 

Cody Williams - Jazz. 23 points (9-16 FG, 3-6 3-pt., 2-2 FT), 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals in 29 mins.
